Order Processing

The order processing time is 3 to 5 business days before products are shipped. Our team strives to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If a purchase is made on a Saturday after 11 AM, the product will likely be shipped on Monday.

Our team cannot control delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you have questions, please email us at zyrastoresuport@gmail.com.


Shipping Time

Our products are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days.


Return Policy

If you still need to return a product, we understand. Here are the details:

  • Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your order.

  • Please fill out the tracking form to ensure your return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

  • Products must be new and unused.

  • Custom logo products cannot be returned.

  • You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original card or PayPal account used for the purchase and will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the item.
