Return Policy – ZYRA STORE
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

Personal hygiene products (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
